Tim Rosa, General Manager

Tim Rosa has led Tim Rosa Associates since its inception in 1991. Starting as an individual technical writer, Tim has added consulting practices, solutions, markets, and TRA talent during the past 17+ years. He prides himself on his problem solving, team building, negotiation, and communications skills.
Prior to founding the company, Tim worked for a decade in technical publishing with Number Nine Visual Technology, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals (Genetics Institute), Thomson Learning (Course Technology), Babson College, and Little, Brown and Company.
Tim holds a Bachelor's degree with High Honors in History from Trinity College (CT, USA) and a certificate from the Publishing Procedures Course at Radcliffe College (Harvard University).
Christopher Strang, Chief Operations Officer

Chris started working with the company in 1999. He manages overall operational and financial systems and is responsible for the company's accounts payable and accounts receivable departments.
Prior to joining TRA Chris worked in a variety of management positions, including Accounting Supervisor, Accounts Payable, The Harvard Cooperative Society; Director of Printing & Communications at New England Conservatory; and International Director of Publications, Racal-Redac. With James Woolsey, Chris was the co-creator of a computerized data system for HH the 14th Dali Lama, followed by an historical database for the late Ghazanfar Ali Khan, Mir of Hunza. He has also done Stage Management for Dudley Moore.
Chris has studied at Harvard University, The New School for Social Research, and Cluny Hill College (Scotland, UK). He has a paralegal diploma from Northeastern University and an Honorary Doctorate from the Mir (Ruler) of Hunza.
Susan Forrow, Director of Administration

Susan joined the company in 2005. She is responsible for keeping the TRA office running smoothly. This includes maintaining the company's databases, tracking projects, managing the company payroll, and overseeing support services. Susan also works as an editor. Prior to joining TRA, Susan held a variety of jobs related to social policy and health care research. She has an undergraduate degree from Princeton University, with a concentration in sociology.
Jack Rochester, Managing Editor - TRA Blog

Jack Rochester joined the company in 2004. He is an author, journalist, consultant, and content development expert. He has written about business, finance, energy, and information technology for publications like The Boston Globe, the Harvard Business Review, Omni, and USA Today. He coauthored the New York Times bestseller The Naked Computer, and his most recent book is Pirates of the Digital Millennium.
Elizabeth Wenglin, Manager of Human Resources

Liz Wenglin started working with the company in 2004. She is responsible for recruiting new members of the TRA talent pool, setting the company's strategic HR direction, and reaching out to national and international organizations to introduce them to TRA. Prior to joining TRA Liz worked as a consultant for 18 years, as a technical writer, editor, and project manager. She earned her undergraduate Marketing degree with a Psychology specialty from Westfield State College.
